How OEM denim manufacturing works

Starting from your tech pack, we develop patterns, create samples for approval, and source the required fabrics and trims. Once the design, fit, and wash are confirmed, we proceed to bulk production, including cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and final quality control. This ensures your denim products are produced accurately, consistently, and ready for market.

From subtle surface variation to more expressive finishing, we work closely with brands to develop wash effects that align with their design direction while maintaining consistency from sampling through bulk production.
